HTC could be entering the tablet market once more, but this time with an Ubuntu powered device rather than a traditional Android model.
The rumours come from 9to5 Google who refer to tablet shaped bulge under a sheet from a HTC press image.
There seems to be a number of smaller bulges, likely Android smartphones, phablets and Windows phones, however the device closest to the camera looks almost tablet shaped.
HTC had already tried entering the tablet market with the ill-fated HTC Flyer which ran Android, could the Taiwanese phone maker now be looking toward Ubuntu for better luck?
